With over 9+ years of hands-on experience as a Talent Acquisition Executive and Talent Acquisition Lead, she has built a deep expertise in identifying the right talent, managing end-to-end hiring processes, and building high-performing teams
In the Managed Services capacity, Ankitha oversees the complete lifecycle of professional deployment from strategic sourcing and rigorous candidate assessment to seamless onboarding and on-site deployment at client locations. She works closely with clients to understand their workforce needs and ensures that every professional placed is not just qualified, but the right fit for the role and the culture.
Ankitha also leads the internal Human Resources function, shaping a workplace where people feel supported, valued, and empowered to grow. Her background in talent acquisition gives her a unique perspective on HR. Ankitha is known for her ability to bridge the gap between business needs and the human potential, making her a trusted partner from both the sides.
